How can I insert an own picture into a template?

I only have the possibility to insert a picture from Pixabay.
But how can I insert a picture which is stored on my computer?

Hi,
you can replace the pixabay image right after you install the template on your Joomla! website on your webhosting - or you could insert the URL of the image that you want to use using custom CSS edit of background, but that is more complicated and you may not want to use the image as background.
