When I hover mouse, top-left edit tool appears but I can't click on any item there. When I move my mouse there to click, it vanishes and in stead, edit tool for module above appears.

This is due to the two modules overlapping.

The edit tool inside blue marker disappears and in its place edit tool at right-bottom corner (inside black marker) of above module appears.
