Resolved Upgrading from old Premium to the new Premium package

For some reason I did not get any updates on the new offerings. I have a site built in 2015-2016 using several of the extension for Virtuemart. That was the reason for selecting this site.
I did notice that there seemed to be minimal activity, so I did not continue the subscription. I would like to upgrade my Joomla (3.6.5) & Virtuemart (3.0.12) to the latest.

Will the current theme work or will it break on the current Joomla & Virtuemart versions?

Does the new Pro version include Virtuemart themes that include 1 page checkout and some of the other features in the previous version. Is it all mobile friendly?
